I wish Huey wouldn't bark as much as he does, but unlike people jingling change or keys in their pockets or whistling or clicking pens, I can actually ignore his barking. He is barking out the open window now, but the neighbor is making a ton of noise and I fully understand...hell, if I could bark, I would, too!
