Thanks to all for responding to this post. As Bailey was still biting his butt and leg, with hair being gone as a result, I took him in to the vet yesterday. I was told that he was just biting the areas that the fleas had bit him and it was irritated as a result. He gave him an antihistamine shot and he also did his anals. This is the second time he has had his anals done in the last month

I hope that it will be a longer time in between that he will need that done. He hasn't biten his usual spots, so I think that we are over that hump. So glad to see!!!! I'm sure that Bailey feels better as a result. Again, thanks to ALL that took the time to post replies on this thread
