I'm truly floored! I would be looking for a new vet right about now. Loss of consciousness after a head injury is serious.
You'll need to keep an eye out for more neurological symptoms such as vomiting, uneven pupils, excessive sleepiness, loss of coordination. If you notice any symptoms, you need to get her back to a vet ASAP.
