We did cook chicken and rice, you in the USA are amazing and clever at hand cooking for your babies, but in the UK we aren't as good at it, and don't have the same things available, when we cooked the chicken and rice it was awful for him having to wait for it, he is fed 4 x small meals a day so it isn't really practical to do long term, sadly.
I was only saying to my husband in the past 1/2 hour how good they are in the USA for hand cooking.
