To promote good will between the 3 doggies, try involving them in activities together like trick training and playing fetch. Walking all 3 together might be tough, so try taking Tails with one of the others and switch off.
Doing simple obedience commands like "sit" for small treats (I use kibble), can help focus them on working and doing things together.
