A neighbor of mine has a pregnant Chihuahua and has offered me a puppy. Although I love all puppies I didn't plan on getting this particular breed and can't see myself taking on another pet that I didn't have "my heart set on". I've actually spoken with Rasta's breeder and told her I wanted another of her pups after xmas.
yorkies are so addictive. My neighbor already has 3 chi's so this puts her at her pet limit on post. Her girl is expected to have 4/5 puppies and she doesn't have any homes as of yet. I am a bit worried about where these pups will end up seeing as how she was just going to give me one for free and she may do this with the other pups and go to irresponsible individuals she may not know well. She's also pregnant herself(her and her girl are due around the same time
) and doesn't want to deal with taking care of the pups. Does anyone know of any Chihuahua Rescues/No Kill Shelters in the Austin/Central Texas area they recrecommend???
