I would insist on premedicating with Benadryl prior to any vaccination. I would find another vet even if it means a road trip. You have a vet that you say is known to kill dogs with vaccines,so it is imperative you find a vet SOME PLACE, that you can trust your pups medical care with. Lepto vaccine has a high incidence of intolerance....unless you live in an area with high infection rates of Lepto, I would not give that vaccine.
