I'm having the same problem with cascade. We rinse the dishes but still have not clean enough dishes. We recently got a new dishwasher. We had a kitchen aid and got a whirlpool so I though maybe that was my problem.
I am not a consumer reports subscriber so I can't see what they recommend. If you can give me a clue I'd be grateful.
As for dish soap I use dawn for dishes and getting grease out of clothes.
