Yep, I'm having the same issues. I use Cascade detergent and rinse air plus rinse and wash the food item off of them before they go into the washer but still have water spots and film. I just picked up a second rinse aid called Finish to see if that will help. They are little baskets to hang on the rack. I found that white vinegar can also be used, haven't tried it but I just might if the Finish doesn't do the job.
