Was the other time when you gave her heartguard also? If then, it might be the heartguard...as long as she's not showing any other symptoms she should be fine. But it wouldn't hurt to give your vet a call & relay to him what's happening every time she takes the heartguard. Allergic reactions to heartworm meds are very rare, but I have one that gets runny poppies when he takes sentinel, so vet prescribed RX clay.
