Has she had anything different/new to eat? Usu when there's mucus in poop, it means the large intestines or colon is inflamed & the lining being expelled. As long as there's no blood, no diarrhea, no vomiting, she should be ok, just a slight irritation. If accompanied by any of the other symptoms mentioned above, vet visit will be in order.
