My 1yr old named Aubie was fully trained to go on puppy pads until he started hiking his leg & I went out of town for surgery. I tried getting a small flower pot turned upside down for him to hike his leg on but he won't use it. I haven't wanted to train him to go outside because he almost died after getting his 1st round of vaccinations when he was 6mos old. I refuse to take any chances to give him any more since I don't know which one hurt him. I'm also many days bed ridden but I can work something out for someone to take him out if it's safe. I just can't handle my house smelling like dog pee & poop anymore. He stays by my side all day & night & gets up very little. Any suggestions?? Thanks for any help anyone can give. This is my 1st & last dog to train.
