It happens, but some unscrupulous breeders will purposely do things to get large litters to make the pups smaller...you know, the less room in the womb = smaller puppies. Since a female can get pregnant on day 1-10, you get the idea.


I mean if the pup just happened to be a small one naturally, should it be that fragile looking & can't even hold up her own head @ 4 weeks old? I just hope she'll live a normal healthy life...that's all. Wonder how the Toronto Star found out.
