what makes this strange is like you say you have known the breeder for years, so she does not sound like someone that would be out to screw your family. You are new to Yorkie Talk so you have most likely not seen the hundreds of threads started by people that were screwed intentionally by breeders either with off standard dogs, mixed dogs, dogs that were younger than stated and so forth, it a shame but it is growing more common so that is why a bunch of us have questions or opinions about the breeder.

Odd but I guess it will not be something we can figure out, I am just glad she has become part of your family. I am curious though since you have two yorkies what did you think when you first saw the pup, did she look like a yorkie pup to you? Also since it seems like this is not the breeders first time with litters what's her opinion of why this pup does not look much like a yorkie.
