15 drops in a bottle of shampoo is nothing (just enough to keep the fleas away) and it keeps their skin very healthy.Infact, when Milo was scatching due to his allergies, weīd wipe down the scabs with tea-tree oil and water and within a day they were gone and heīd stop scratching. It was a godsend back then too, it was the only thing that calmed his sore skin.

Iīve never had a single issue with it and it does a way better job with fleas than any products weīve tried.Advantix made mine scratch for DAYS, spot-on made their fur dry etc.
I donīt know..it canīt be that toxic when itīs used it all different brands of shampoos for dogs and LOTS of people use it neat for skin issues etc.
I love it
Things that people used a few years ago sometimes are found out to be bad. I would research it a lot more. It is toxic wether it takes a lot or not. Many many dog products have ingredients that are not good for dogs that's why it is so important to know the ingredients of everything and what is bad for your dogs. You may think they have had no problems with it but it may show up in another symptom you don't recognize as being related or all of a sudden it might start effecting them.
