I haven't used flea/tick meds in months... I just haven't been seeing any. I used Advantix on him in May and June which is when ticks seems to be the worse. Same here. I used 2 or 3 capstar pills back in May & June, but haven't seen a flea or tick since then.
I prefer to take a wait and see approach when it comes to fleas. Why treat for something that isn't a problem?
