I like the idea of using pastels but do them in layers (3 layered skirt). Pink, purple and a matching blue would be a nice combination. Maybe a collar & bow done in the pastel blue to carry the color of the pillow. and if you could find a blue with polka dots that would be really cute.
Use your creative mind . . . its in there and we all know that what ever you do will be awesome !!!
