Question Question about a certain behavior (poodle not yorkie)

I'm doggiesitting a poodle.

A bit of a background:
His name is Lui.
I think he is between 1 and a half and 2 years old.
He isn't neutered.
He was bought from a pet shop. I know it was very wrong and I explained why to my friend.
Don't know how old he was when my friend bought him.

Here is my question.
He smell my dogs's personal parts way too much. Constantly he's trying to smell and maybe lick them. My dogs don't like it and they walk away but Lui follows them and doesn't leave them alone.
They haven't growled or try to bit him but i'm afraid they'll get tired of him and maybe snap at him or something worse..
What can I do to try and stop him from this habit? He'll be staying with us this whole week and I want to find a way to make his stay a nice one for him and for my dogs.

Thanks in advance

PS: when I'm in arms reach I give him a little poke when he's "in trance" (that's how I call it ) but after a couple of minutes he's back in his trance
