 Best Place to register microchip?
I'm a little confused, I was looking up Joels microchip number on the home again site and it was saying it wasn't there so I'm trying to register it.
Does it have to be the HomeAgain company on his tag or could it be any company? I also don't like that is has to be renewed later, is there a place that's permanent?
