Hobby breeder - oh my goodness. Taking the lives of several animals in your hands during breeding, pregnancy, whelping, pupping raising and placing them in homes is a HOBBY!!!!!!! Where things like the lives of dogs are concerned, why wouldn't one either leave it entirely alone or study for years, research genetics and all aspects of dog health and the reproductive process from start to finish, get mentored expertly, take courses in dog first aid, CPR, breeding/pregnancy/whelping and go into it fully in order to offer your little charges the best of the best all along the road and state proudly to the world, I am a PROFESSIONAL breeder - the best of the best. Where dogs' lives are involved, don't you owe it to them to top all others ?
