If the state had "right to carry", wouldn't at least some of the bikers also be carrying? It's one thing to try and fend off 1-2 people but being completely surrounded by what.. 20-30 riders. It could have turned into a shoot out.
I'm actually considering getting a CCL and all for "right to carry". I just don't think in this particular case, adding gun to the mix would have a better outcome.
