I doubt he'll regain ALL functions but I think he's lucky to be alive considering he got ran over by a Rover. I honestly can't feel much sympathy for him but I do for his kids and family...

I hope this unfortunate incident will teach both car drivers and motorcyclist to be more attentive while driving.
