Oh, gross, I hadn't ever heard of such a practice. Ugh! Hoping it wasn't deliberate and she was just a natural runt from so many littermates sharing the womb. Hate to think this was ever done deliberately as that would be terribly risky to some of the pups, one would think. Poor little dogs - so sad the things humans can do to them.
