I am sorry you have to go through this part, no fun. Let's hope through word of mouth you can find homes for them all and a no kill shelter is not needed. Suggestion on the spay or neuter is maybe you can ask for a small deposit from owners that will be returned upon proof of spay or neuter? We are smart animal lovers on this forum, we can help you figure out a way to get this accomplolished.
