In the past before the internet people would have to advertise in the newspaper. I think the internet has made it possible for people to find good homes for their dogs. It does not matter how you advertise, the important thing is how you screen your buyers. What makes me mad is that some people do tell lies when they are getting a dog and sometimes a dog will end up in the wrong hands. I don't think that possibility can ever be completely eliminated.
