I think Flexi leashes are fine for little dogs who just toodle along, never pull, and only in an area with plenty of room, few threats. I would only use the all-tape variety and not the wire ones.

I am too uncoordinated to use one, haha, and my boys like to dart at certain things, so we prefer traditional leashes.
