How much does your pup weigh? He is not very old and he is getting his second set of shots? He is kind of young to be getting a rabies shot. We took our time with Gracie. Small dogs can't handle the shots like a larger dog can and should not get more than one shot at a time. Some vets are not experienced with smaller breed pups and some vets are prone to over vaccinate. Please be careful and read up on this subject as much as possible.
I hope your little guy is starting to feel better. They really should have investigated the congestion in his nose before giving shots. Even if his lungs were clear he had symptoms of a preexisting condition that needed to be addressed.
