A legitimate rescue should have no problem with inspections. Gail you say "perception is everything, yet you pass on a message that warns 100's of rescues are going to have to fold." This is exactly the sort of thing that makes people panic before they know the facts.

And that is why I said in Red; if you are involved in rescues you should confirm this information.!
