Yes, I could do that but there will also be two other dogs. My yorkie will jump over it and I fear he could hurt himself. Plus, the room we would put a gate in for the doggy door was JUST remodelled. I'm not sure I want him to do his business in my new kitchen and dining room! I might have to leave them all outside (worse case scenerio) with access to the garage with carpet.

The owner has not said anything...I can tell she is a little worried he might make a mistake in the house.
