I have Barney on Claritin which is working very well for his late summer/early fall allergies. My vet wanted to start on that, and if it didnt work to try Temeril-P. Luckily it worked. My other dog is on Atopica all year for her severe all-year-round allergies.

I have my dogs on Frontline Plus, they have been on it for 13 years and they have never had a flea. I use half doses and apply it every 3 months except in the summer when they are outside more and I apply it monthly for ticks. Frontline Plus covers fleas for three months and ticks if applied monthly.
