I am not familiar with Kirkland directly but I am familiar with TOW. A good general guideline to go by is no corn wheat or soy as they are very indigestible. All kibble must have a carbohydrate to make it a kibble. If that carbohydrate is going to be a grain more tolerable grains include rice, oats and barley. TAste of
The wild is grain free so they use potato for their kibble carb, another option would be a legume such as peas. The other major things to consider is what the protein/s is/are. Ex: tow generally has multiple protein sources; high prairie, wild wetland fowl etc. if your dog has digestive/allergy issues and you have already eliminated grains it is ideal to go with a single protein (like a limited ingredient diet) so you can determine if the protein (chicken, lamb, fish) works for your dog. And of course, if they don't like it, it doesn't matter what the label says cause they won't eat it! Lol

sounds like tow works well for your guys so do a label comparison- and dont forget to compare suggested feeding rates. If it takes three cups vs one cup it may not be worth it in the long run! If it looks sufficient note any differences you will want to be aware of (like grains) and see how it goes. Remember to mix your old food with your new and take time for the transition so as not to upset their digestive tract and remember that quality nutrition saves in vet bills!
