I do it a variety of ways and depends on the client. I use a small strip of velcro...and sew that on the bodice, fabric glue the velcro to the bow and then it is removable for washing. Or I do sometimes hand stitch or even glue it on but only if the client doesnt wash the item. so most times I do it the first way. I like the safety pin idea also as an alternative.
