Bella's head started turning color first, but her back wasn't too far behind. You should be able to see some silver roots on the back by now. I'll post a link below to Bella's before and after her first grooming at 16 weeks. The photos are in a post at the bottom of the first page.

I think that Bella is fairly typical for a silky Yorkie, but keep in mind that not all Yorkies develop at the same rate.
