Making $ off the backs of helpless pups, let them do all the work, producing puppies, giving birth to puppies, nurse the puppies, just to have them taken away 8 weeks old. NOT doing it right is the major problem. Using 3# females, too small to breed, just to produce small 'teacup' puppies is the problem. Health takes a back seat, they strive for the LOOK & SIZE, no ethics, no morals.
I have NO sympathy or compassion for people like this, they're the VILE ones. They say they love their pups & raise them in the home like family, but they have no thoughts on putting the pup's health 1st & foremost which is what it should be. Their main goal is to breed tiny teeny weeny micro pocket purse puppies, period.
