I hope he is just lost and not that someone rotated away from the base and just left him. I moved into a house in Copperas Cove many years ago where there was a dog in the back yard of a neighboring home. Several days later, someone let the dog out of the back yard to roam the streets. The house was empty since before I moved there. The owners apparently had moved and couldn't bear to put the dog down and figured a military family rotating in would move into that house quickly and get a new dog in the process, too. A neighbor took the dog...he was a sweetie. But, hopefully, that is not the case this time, and the Yorkie baby will be reunited with his owner. You are an absolute love for helping this little baby! |
