My 3month old puppy yorkie might have fleas!
. She was OK until my Dad let her go outside in the grass (doh!). For the past two days her scratching/biting has increased. I looked around the forum for flea medication and found "Advantage" and "the stuff your vet gives you to put on the dog's shoulder blades." -- But Petsmart doesn't have these
I've searched through her coat to find fleas. Nothing. I did however find the sediments that look similar to 'dirt' -- they're kind of a grayish color. I also tried the flea test on white paper but that didn't work either. I think I'm going to just take a precautionary measure and buy some flea medicine b/c she is going to the vet on Friday (earliest date I could get).
