I'm so glad you got Teddy Bear to the vet right away. How scary to think that people have lost dogs from these spider bites. As I told you, my Teddy's bite didn't have a skin opening, and definitely was not a brown recluse, but the hump that it created on his back was very scary. Spiders are really hard to control even with pesticides.
Only a few years ago people were saying the brown recluse and the pictures of bites on humans were an internet hoax. I wish that had been the case.
