I have a very strong rx. I found some sites online that sell up to -10.00. I'm -11.00

Just wondering if anyone with a highish rx has had luck with colored lenses. Did the lenses migrate on you? Did the color cover you eye too much? etc. I've never worn colored lenses before. This will be just for Halloween.
