If a grandparent dog is a mix of a Yorkie & JRT than that mix stays in the line. It may not be as apparent in litters that are a product of those cross breed pups but at some point the markings and characteristics of the cross can show up any time with any litter who is a product of that cross breeding.
So, yes your pup is a cross breed pups and a very cute and adorable one !
