Kathy,
Thank you so much for caring so much and for your love and compassion. To answer your question, no, there is no Vet School near me. There is a large Vet Hospital about an hour, maybe a little more, away, but she would never survive the trip, and also, I would not take her there anyway, as they wrote off my other baby Muffin, and told me she was going to die in a very short time due to Yorkie Encephalitis, all the time denying that she was poisoned by the rabies shot. I needed to go to a holistic Vet in order for Muffin to be cured. So I trust them less than I trust this ER Hospital. Actually, this hospital is usually very wonderful, and saved my babies lives countless numbers of times. Unfortunately, it is this one dare I say it, (moronic) doctor that is the problem. And she is on duty four days a week, while all the other wonderful fabulous Vets are on less than her, but in the past they have never failed me. They have only one in house Vet for daytime for four days, and the other three are with this wonderful Vet that went to school with my holistic Vet. She is coming on tonight and will be there till Wed. I am hoping and praying Cassie will be out of there by then, because while on O2, she would never survive the trip.
