The powder is used by exterminators Judy. They put it in the wall sockets and also drill tiny holes which they insert tubes into that you cant really see unless you are really looking for them in the drywall to spray it into the walls. The only draw back is how toxic it is so after it is done you have to clean the entire house thoroughly to make sure none gets on the paws of the pets in the house. I was like you about the traps at first but unfortunately here it has become a way of life lol. My neighbors have the powder sprayed and rarely see one I just havent wanted to risk it with the pups.
