My Jasper is 8 months old and the hair on his head is just starting to thicken. When he was around 4 months old, it had really thinned out and I was really worried. Took him to the vet and I was assured it was normal for some to do that. His "new" hair is so soft and silky....no mats and very seldom any tangles.
