I am so new that I don't have control over the work. The work has to be given to me. So I have to ask my boss for the work and that I have nothing to do. When I first started working there one of the bosses told me that when the lady that I am replacing is not in there is lots of other work to do...so he will have to come up with some. He will have to give me work or tell me what to do about not having any work and if he tells me to take the week without pay I will be looking for a new job and when he needs me I will be gone.
