Way back when I started, I was comparing costs and found that a quality kibble isn't all that much cheaper than premade raw. Maybe slightly, but not prohibitively that much. I have 3 dogs, and I agree though...it does get pricey with more dogs, esp if you have larger dogs.

I think prey model can sometimes be cheaper if you can source it correctly.

The servings actually aren't much different than kibble. If you put down a true serving of kibble and a serving of raw - they usually are about the same amount...raw 'looks' smaller though bc it's all mushed together, whereas kibble is spread out and appears as though it's a larger serving. I don't supplement, but I do give chews a few times a week for teeth. But you could give veggies.

There is no right or wrong in terms of doing just raw, just kibble, or rotating. I do just raw, rather than rotating.
