Good news. I syringed 1/2 cc. of water into his mouth an hour ago and he just got up and demanded some food. I hid him some kibble "treats" about the den and he searched them out and ate them - about 6 or 7 pieces of kibble and has come back to the couch! That's encouraging! Now, I pray he keeps them down and doesn't get sick or anything. I hate living like this and I can't imagine how awful it is for him. Poor little guy.

He may have had a too full tummy this morning, and now has burned up all that food so he's ready to eat... Their bodies are so little, it's amazing how much they can eat when they want to, lol. Moderation in all things is key though.
