I think I did I mentioned on page 5 here and I think even in an earlier thread that Lisa/lisaly started about my eye surgery where I wondered if those two bits of corn and bit of soy milk that splashed on the floor that week and he scooped up could have caused this. IDK and neither does the vet of course but she thought it could be. So sad when just anything might set them off.
I know my Jilly couldn't even have a bit of Saltine cracker or white bread or any other dog or human food - even the tiniest bit of anything other than her Science Diet Sensitive would send us to the vet, her with bloody diarrhea and me scared silly. We tried her on several different kinds of dog foods back in the day(not all that many back then - early '90's) but she could only tolerate that one food - that rather awful Science Diet Sensitive and she had to live on it all her life once we put her on it. It could be Tibbe is like that now as once he went on Hill's I/D GI last year and then the vet changed it to half Hill's I/D Hepatic this spring, he's eaten nothing else because I gave him a bite of bread back then and he got sick again for a couple of days. Tried him twice on Royal Canin but he itches terribly right away afterward. Even his treats are made from his Hill's I/D GI/Hepatic kibble mix and he never ever gets a bite of human food or other dog food since - until that corn! I should have just had a sandwich and Tibbe might not have had this spell.
