She sounds like a good pet potential for you. $600/spayed/shots, sounds fair to me.
Declaws are nothing to worry about..yes, it is best to remove them, but many do not. Just make sure to clip the nail..some forget they are there.
Having pups and now spayed would never bother me..all my girls have had babies and live long lifes. She is only 3..couldn't have had dozens of babies...many breed until 7 or 8..I perfer 5 to 6 yrs.
You can change a name..done it many times. I bought a girl named Chelsea, changed it to Candy...for about a week I called her Chelsea-Candy ,then dropped the Chelsea part..just combine two names for awhile..they learn fast.
