Where does Gracie go when you have to leave the house and she is left alone? Back in the playpen or is she trustworthy enough to have more space?

The dining room is all tile and I have gated off that area for her when I am gone. The dining room is open to the rest of the house so gating it off got tricky. I found a great use for that treadmill collecting dust, it blocks off a portion of it, I then took an extra large baby gate and blocked off the rest. She is trustworthy enough to have more space, but we live with my mom at the moment, so I have to respect her and her furniture. She use to have the run of my old house and the only room she was not aloud in was the kitchen.
