He's going great. Slept well, had a small-portion breakfast(still keeping his portions a little over 1/3 smaller) and has PLAYED with his toys this morning! Can't believe how far he's come in 2 little days! I'm so happy to see him doing this well. He's going to scare me right to death one day with these GI bouts but this last one at least we made it through without only the one day at the vet and not totally going OT and sitting up there trip after trip with him and staying a little "cooler" - except on YT. Each time he gets sick I think "this is it" and his liver will fail or something really bad. But this time you all helped me through it without getting so scared. Maybe next time I'll do even better until I'm a little more of a pro at it.

From now on, when I'm cooking, he's going to be kept out of the kitchen. I used to do that but somewhere along the way, I allowed him back in so he could "watch". And then I dropped that big spoon in the mixture and out the corn and milk splashed and he was right there to vacuum it up and then he got sick very soon afterward.

Anyway, my newly-minted-six-year-old Birthday Boy had a pretty darn good day yesterday on his birthday and today seems to be even better so we're going to plan on having a calm, quiet and GREAT LABOR DAY WEEKEND! Hoping you all and your babies do too and may all of them stay healthy, happy and safe.
