At 8 months, she should be past the teething stage so the next thing to look at is bordome.

Is she getting plenty of exercise, interaction with you, walks? A suggestion, in ADDITION TO GOOD EXERCISE/WALKS, would be to work with her mind. Start some obedience and trick training sessions with her...make it a part of her daily routine. Just like a human child, a body with penned up energy and a mind that isn't challenged can lead to destructive behaviors...
